Form a Wyoming LLC: File and Submit

Northwest's Wyoming page, Bizee's Wyoming pages, and Inc Authority's how-to guide are the competitor URLs named in the memo. It does not clone their how-to as a Fortress legal guide.
The file
Collect a distinguishable name with an approved designator, a registered-agent name and Wyoming street address, principal and mailing addresses, a member-managed or manager-managed choice, and an organizer who will sign. Inc Authority's how-to page lists those blocks. Northwest's page lists the same blocks plus optional designation and delayed effective date. Use them as field lists.
Run the WyoBiz name search before the cashier step. The name on the Articles must match the search, including designator and punctuation. Northwest warns that a close name can reject the paperwork and that the fee is non-refundable. That is their warning.
The operating agreement, on those same pages, is an internal document. Inc Authority says Wyoming does not require you to file it with the state. Keep it in the folder. Do not pretend it is a second Articles filing.
The form
The form is Wyoming Articles of Organization. The memo's competitor and state lines quote $100 for that filing. Northwest adds an online card footnote. Bizee adds a percent card footnote. Pay the SOS line through WyoBiz or mail. This blog does not promise which channel is faster. Bizee's published label is "3 Weeks." Northwest's published online line is "processed immediately." Those remain their lines.

Registered-agent coordination belongs in the packet. This is not a registered-agent 101. The form needs a Wyoming street address on the agent block. A P.O. Box, on the competitor pages, does not qualify. Stop there.
The submit
Submit is the click or the mailed packet. Acceptance is the state's act. Save the submitted form, the fee receipt, and later the accepted copy in one folder. That folder is the start of the entity file, not the end of the work.
EIN workflow, when it is part of a Fortress path, is a later form with the IRS. Inc Authority's page says the IRS online application is a separate free form. This draft does not promise a tax result and does not promise an EIN clock. It only names the workflow as a form that may follow Articles.
Annual-report handling is a later SOS form. The memo quotes a $60 minimum. The anniversary month comes from the Articles acceptance. Put that month on a calendar. Do not treat a calendar note as a filed report.

- Name search on WyoBiz, print or save the result.
- Agent block with a Wyoming street address.
- Articles fields filled to match the search.
- $100 SOS line paid on the channel you chose.
- Submitted packet and receipt stored.
- Anniversary month written down for the $60-minimum report.
- If a WYIFS sales-tax license applies, treat that $60 as a third form, not as Articles.
