Name Search Before You File Wyoming Articles
Name-search results on WyoBiz decide whether the Articles of Organization form can be submitted under the name you typed. The search is a lookup. It is not a reservation. It is not an acceptance stamp. Northwest and Inc Authority both treat a mismatch as a rejection risk on a fee those pages call non-refundable. That is the filing-desk reason to print the search before the cashier step.
Bizee's Wyoming name page says the name on the Articles must match the name you confirmed as available, "including the LLC designator, correct spelling, punctuation, and spacing."
